HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! It took 3 months to get my CPAP machine from this company and it was only after I told them I was going to return the machine that they finally sent someone out with the correct face mask and to show me how to use it. This was in late July, 2010. Then, on November 15, 2010, I started receiving calls from a collection agency stating that I owed this company $1,127.33. I NEVER received a single bill/invoice from PSP Medical Rental & Sales and, according to my insurance carrier Anthem Blue Cross, PSP NEVER filed a claim for this money! I called to find out what the bill was for since I had returned the machine in October, 2010. They said it was for delivery and set-up training. My insurance carrier called them directly and told them to remove my name from the collection agency and to file a claim for the money. The collection agent that I spoke to told me that they have had several PSP customers complain about the same terrible treatment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PSP!!! If you have no choice, then make sure you file complaints where ever you can if you receive the same kind of service as I did and maybe someone will take notice and do something about this company!
