I have been a customer of Pens R Us for many years now and felt it was time to compliment their exemplary service. I had used another marketing company for years and was happy enough with the treatment I got. Although whenever I had a huge need for pens and I had a deadline I needed to meet I was never treated with personal attention. I always got auto responder e-mail answers and never had any of my timelines or deadlines met. Then one day I received a piece of “junk mail” from Pens R Us. There, on their postage mailing piece was the very pen that I use to promote my business. .. And by the way, if you are an entrepreneur, trying to grow and brand your business, to me, this is the ultimate value in marketing pens. There was the grip roller, the beautiful, gel ink, smooth writing, - always puts a smile on their faces - grip roller at a lower price than I was paying. It turned out to be the best price I could find anywhere on the web. So I sent in my order and received a prompt auto responder thanking me for my order and confirming the details. As our relationship grew and my orders increased, they showed me personal attention, responding to my every query by e-mail or by phone, and they are extremely prompt. This is huge to me and anyone else that has to meet deadlines and payroll. Amanda has been my personal concierge and almost leads me to believe that I am the one and only customer of Pens R Us. Her email responses are almost always a few minutes after my email is sent. It is truly remarkable. If you are looking for a marketing partner to help grow your Brand / Business at the best prices, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I love them. I felt they deserved the kudos for such a great job in today’s economy. From all of us, thank you, Pens R Us !! One last thing. I hand every new potential client a grip roller that has my contact info and my logo on it and I say “Here’s your new favorite pen!”
