I wish I could click on zero stars instead of one. This company treated me awful. Customer Service was absolutely terrible. I had to call 9 times to finally get what I needed... which after my 3rd call was just to cancel my order. I have never in my life had any maor issue with any company that required me to call back more than once. There was absolutely no communication on their behalf, I had to call so many times and left so many messages for the supervisor "Emily" that I felt like a creditor who they were avioding!!!!!
Had so many issues with my order, and no one tried to contact me about it. Instead, I had to keep calling to see why my order was "In Process" after a week! Each customer service rep had a different story!!!
Awful awful awful customer service. I guess when you call, it pulls up the number you're calling from and apparently my husband (then boyfriend) had used my cell phone to place an order. When I got connected, one rep started our conversation with this statement... "Why the hell would you buy a G4?" UNBELIEABLE!!!!!!!
One lady was eating food while talking to me... one put me on hold for about 40 seconds, made up some silly lie about how my package was being put on the UPS truck that very second!
Stay away from macmall.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
