The previous review is obviously from a bitter "one of those" customers. More importantly, it's completely false. PC Care has done my computer work for years, and I trust them explicitly. Not once have I been disappointed. They're a different kind of computer repair service, that helps you in plain English and doesn't look down on you if you don't know what you're doing. They helped my mother-in-law just the other day and she knows nothing about computers. She said she was treated nicely and they "spoke her language". I was just there using her computer yesterday and it runs fast! They cleaned it out, upgraded her Memory and saved her a few hundred dollars by eliminating the need to go out and buy a new PC. Thanks for all your help!
