To everyone out there looking for awesome customer support during the stressful process of a home loan or refi, I highly recommend Mr. Marc Allen, Sr. Loan Consultant with Ovation Home Loans. Marc went above and beyond the call of duty for me. When the stock market was going crazy, he kept an eye on it and got me the best rate out there. I received a 3.875 with 0 points, 0 Fees on a 30yr Fixed. Try and top that!!! For those of you out there that have ever had to deal with a VA loan, you know the old military saying….Hurry up and wait! Marc made direct contact with the VA and coordinated everything, from the VA Loan Certificate to the Well/Septic Inspection, along with a ton of other little things now required by the VA. He also responded to my “daily” e-mails with a progress update. Granted, sometimes the news was not what I wanted to hear, but he told me the truth and pursued each issue until it was resolved. Marc’s professionalism, attention to detail and outgoing personality made this process a pleasant experience. I’m not the easiest person to please, but I can honestly say that I was 110% satisfied with the service and support that I received.
