I wanted to say that Mr. Mark Ellis of Ovation Home Loans just did a re-fi for us. He was friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, and quick to get all our documents together for the underwriter. He kept in frequent contact with me and made us feel a more personal relationship existed than the notion that we were just another client. It could not have been an easier more pleasant experience. Although, the company is located in Santa Ana, Ca and we are in Colorado - the process was so smooth and successful. Thanks personally to Mr. Ellis and thanks to Ovation Home Loans for an afforable, reliable re-fi.
