I realized that this is my 4th house with 8th refinancing experience since 1987. I have to admit that the refinancing decision under this market uncertainty was the most difficult part on top of the new approval process that was unexpectly rigid and time-consuming. It was fortunate that you and your bank provided the most professional and effective service to not only modify the terms of loan to 30-year fixed then re-process it in a impressive short amount of time. Patty and I do appreciate you and your team's hard work to make it happen. Thanks to your help, we also learned a lot about managing our credit and finance record keepings for major financial decisions.
