Hi there!
31 years old male, young urban active professional, OrthoSnap New York have met by FAR, ABOVE and BEYOND all the expectations I could have never imagine, making my experience with them unique !
I stepped the first time in their great, clean and beautiful Park Avenue office in March 2013 after tooking a long period of reflexion as far as going for an orthodontic treatment. And there, magic happens, Orthosnap + their excellent professional practice made the taste of the incredible success I went through. After 1 years and 9 months of treatment, I have been surprised each day more and more by their kindness, professional attention, and skills. I still have most probably 3 months to go through with refinements and really not a big deal.
They have an admirable staff team who always reminds you in advance your appointment, takes care of your needs, asks how everything is going down the road with the treatment. You step in the office and see a huge smile from the front desk, which already gives you the insurance that they care for their patients, which is a piece of their great success in New York.
Do your homework and they will do theirs, being super respectful and also full of advice and recommendation.
You can bet my fear at the beginning: what is my look going to be attending daily meetings with braces? Well, Orthosnap was the key, such as another very important ingredient:
be committed!
Wear your aligners 20 hours/day, brush your teeth after each meal, stop smoking, drinking while wearing the aligners etc. If you want results, follow the rule. The benefit of orthosnap: you can eat and drink pretty much anything while not wearing them.
Don't expect to see results the first 3 months, but rather after 6 months, where the change is notable, and the pain is totally okay. Had to take ibuprofene once or twice while wearing elastics at the beginning. The more you wear them, the more you will be used to it and accommodated.
Thanks a lot for your time and professional practice. I will definitely recommend you. 5 stars is not enough.
Rick
