Very unsatisfying experience. Looked at a brochure and ordered a headboard that looked black to myself and the sales associate. Paid cash for the item and when the item arrived and was taken out of the box it was a spotted green color which was unacceptable to me. I told the sales associate I did not want it and we needed to find a different one. After contacting the company it was ordered from the item is not available in black. I looked at another brochure and found a different headboard in black and this time asked the sales associate to call and verify color since we had a problem with the first one that was ordered. It was available in black but then I was told that she needed to check with the with the company to see if there was a restocking fee for the incorrect item that I received. The sales associate said that there was a 20% restocking fee. I explained that it should not be incumbent upon me to pay the restocking fee as it was not my error, it was the brochure that did not display the color accurately. When the associate looked closely at the brochure she saw that it really did not look black but you really had to look hard and long to maybe see some sort of difference. She went and spoke to her father the owner and came back and said that it was my responsibility for the 20% restocking fee. This is horrendous customer service and totally not fair!I will never purchase anything from that business ever again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone whatsoever!!
