I used the company for over a year for an ant problem. I was not satisfied with the results and wanted to end my service. There is a condition in the contract which states that there is a 12 month minimum service (which I am ok with) but it autorenews ANNUALLY unless a WRITTEN notification is provided 30 days before the contract ends. Since I didn't happen to pay close attention to that condition I am now stuck for another year paying for service that I don't want. Holding customers hostage is a poor business practice in my opinion. So read the fine print before signing.
