Worst online shopping experience ever - do not buy here

In Spring of 2013 I shopped online and found the best deal for a Powell bunkbed at Online Store Inc website. 1. I was charged immediately with the wrong (higher) sales tax amount. 2. The site said I items would ship in 10 days. Actual 10 weeks. 3. I had to call several times to keep things moving. Customer Service gave many different stories about the status of my order. 4. My shipment arrived incomplete. My order was to include two mattresses. I called them immediately to inform them and they said the mattresses would be shipped separately and they needed to basically place an order and would be another 10 days. We agreed that refund would be a better solution (I had to run out to buy matresses locally) 5. Refund never came. A lesson to me not to purchase with my debit card on PayPal!! 6. I have called to follow up on the refund and get transferred to a voice mail box and my call is never returned. 7. I have emailed also with no results. 8. I have filed a complaint with BBB with no results 9. Recently, I emailed Powell company directly to inform them about the problems with this distributor. 10. I am still hoping to receive a refund and will repost if Online Store Inc does the right thing in this instance and takes steps to improve their operation.
