Unresponsive/non-existent customer service. I have called the customer service number listed on their website at least 3 times in the last 2 weeks with concerns that my order has not arrived. I was expecting it a week or two ago and need it within the next 2 weeks. No one has returned any of my calls. I also sent an email to customer service, but after 2 or 3 days I have not received a reply there either. I've just been seeking to get a status on my order. I would not recommend using this business. They seem unreliable and are definitely unresposive to inquiries. I paid $229 for an item and I am questioning whether I will ever see it or whether I will ever hear from or get in contact with an actual person from The Online Store.
