"BESTMBE" is an amazing tool to get over the fears of MBE's in the Bar Exams.

I wanted to say "Thank You," to Jason Tolerico for the BESTMBE site that he had recently created. I have known Jason for a while from Irvine University College of Law. We had numerous conversations and strategies on taking the BAR EXAM and his thoughts of how to conquer it.
Professor Tolerico has an amazing gift when it comes to the MBE's. I had taken the Baby Bar twice and my MBE scores were disappointing to me and the reason I didn't pass the Baby Bar June, 2011 and October, 2011), although I was on the bubble.
At that time, I realized I needed some help with the MBE's because they were so heavily weighted compare to the essays. It was not from lack of effort, time, dedication, or subject material that failed me, but not knowing the tricks, exceptions that BAR consistently tests on. Prior to using BESTMBE, I had used Barbri and Adaptibar and other resources.
June, 2012 Baby Bar Exam was my third attempt and if I didn't pass this time, I would not receive any credit for the courses completed after first year (9) and I would have to drop out of law school and pass the Baby Bar before returning to Irvine University and retake the same courses (9) again and pay for them again. Talk about gambling, I had never failed anything in my educational career and I have graduated with HONORS, from CSULB, and I have my MBA and Masters in Human Resources Management. Currently, I am attending Keller Graduate School to obtain my Masters in Accounting and Finance. So, I quickly did the numbers if I didn't pass the Baby Bar for the third time and It would have costed me over $25000 and a loss of one year law school studies. The reason I bring this up is because it was the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs and 2 strikes and I needed a HOME RUN BADLY. I watched and listened to Jason on BESTMBE, approximately one month before the exam.
The BESTMBE website is very user friendly, and even I figured it out. The best part of the MBE was the detailed analysis of the fact patterns that made the answer easier to understand and pick the right answer. My MBE scores went up 20 percent from the previous test and I passed the Baby Bar!!!!!!
