Jason Tolerico's excellent bar review course propelled me from repeatedly failing the California Bar Exam to the finish line. I passed the February 2011 Bar Exam! What sets Jason's course apart from others is that he has a unique approach to studying for each section of the bar exam. In fact, I had never been exposed to the methods he taught me to overcome my failing MBE and essay scores. His course required me to work harder than ever; to confront and break bad study habits which always resulted in my feeling overwhelmed and wanting to quit; to put an end to procrastination and whining; to manage my study time with mental and physical breaks; to complete practice exams within the time allotted during the actual bar exam, and to overcome weaknesses that kept me stuck in a rut. It was a struggle, but Jason stuck with me and gave me encouragement and some stern, strict advice. He doesn't BS and I really appreciate that. Jason also returned graded essays in less than 24 hours (sometimes within two hours!) and was always ready to talk about how the study process felt and what he could do for me personally to clear up confusion about the law. While I'm not much of a talker, Jason still checked in on me with phone messages and emails. He returned any call I made within an hour (or less), or within two hours if he was tutoring others. As a student with a physical disability who took the exam six hours a day over six days (double time), Jason stayed in touch with me during the entire exam and after. While my review may appear to some as overly glowing, I can honestly say I have no complaints to voice about the high quality of services I received and the high standards I had to meet. Jason Tolerico's "One-Timers Personal Bar Review Course" is what made the difference for me as a long distance student, living and studying in San Francisco, CA. Too bad I hadn't enrolled in Jason's course sooner! I will recommend Jason's course to anyone who wants to finally pass the California Bar Exam after repeated attempts, or to anyone taking the exam for the first time.
