I am the owner of the company and called this reviewer within 24hrs of the BBB Trustlink review being written. I apologized to the customer for the mix-up. I explained that one our fitness experts had incorrect information about the status of the Life Fitness 95xi. I told him if he had any interest in our products going forward I would handle him personally. He said he was appreciated that I called him directly and would revise his review. I thanked him and am now writing this response per our telephone conversation.
