This company is toally cheating. Like their owner's name elie.
before i moved they said they have their own truck, and everything you need. they promised me they usually use 7 days to deliver my stuff. i asked why you got very low rate on website? they said just because their competioner did it. so i tursted them. so my nightmare started.....
first they come to my house. after done everything they the estimated weitht is 3000 pounds no more than 4000 pounds.i lived in 700 feet two bedroom apartment. i couldn't believed how can i have so many stuff!! they just faxed me the parper without any clear detail information.
i paid with credit cards. finally i found he changed the price form 50 cents to 60 cents, when i so him the email, he said he make a mistake.
they asked me pick a ready day. i asked what is the realy day. they said you can get your stuff. maybe tomorrow you can get it. so i picked 20th. i leaved 16th. they picked my stuff on 14th.
when i arrived the destination. i call the around 19th. asked where is my stuff? they said still in CA. my god. when can you delived it? they said i dont know. i can not give you exact day. but i told them i alreay rent the apartment and sign the contarct . i can start 22th. they said no way!! i told i have to double pay hotel and apartment fee. they dont care. they even dont pick up my call.
after 22th i call them agqin ,where is my stuff. they said they dont know , they dont know who is the driver. they can not contact him. but before i moved they told me they have their own truck. is it supid.
on 24th. i call them , they said the truck has some problem on the way. they dont know when the truck can arrive. it make me crazy. i spend more than 2000 dollars in hotel. i told them if you can not find where is my stuff, i am going call the police. they siad if you called they don't care my stuff. they even said you can complain us.
anyway they spend 15 days to deliever my stuff. guess what , after the truck arrive we spend more than 2 hours to wait their staff to unload my furniture. they ask my husband us our own car to find where is there staff.
according the contarc if we pay cash, they give me 3% cash back , they refused.
they lost my lamp. desk , piano screw. all my daughter's kindergarten and first grade homework , arts projects.... this is unpriced memory, but they give the bad memory. i told them i lost something, they told we are different company with the driver.
never nerver chose their company. Trust the website comment.
