Don't ever do business with Olivia and Will ever!!!!!
We ordered our sons bed in October they said it would be here in January. January comes and goes they say February it will be here. February comes and goes and now it is April and we finally get the bed. We also ordered the steps and trunk with the bed it did not arrive. They kept telling us it would be on the next shipment. It is now September almost a whole year since we ordered the bed. We were tired of waiting so we asked for a refund. They said absolutely it would go out next week. It is now January they have not responded to any emails or any of my calls. They have just stolen 500 dollars from us and what can I do about it?!The bed also came scratched and dented . Don't ever do business with these crooks.
