I thought I was the only one who had trouble with this business. In June of 2009, I ordered two twin pirate beds, drawers for both bases, two step stools, a night stand and a treasure chest. I sent a check on the promise that the beds would ship that August and the case goods would follow 4 weeks later in Sept. They cashed the check the day they received it. After numerous calls & emails, I finally received the pirate beds the following April (9mos later). The beds arrived missing the lights, a knob for a drawer and after being put together have developed a huge crack down the base of the main console (under the flag pole). To this day, 23 September 2011, I HAVE NOT received the balance of my order OR a refund. I have called and emailed both Laura and Fred many, many times only to be ignored. I have people ask me all the time where I got my pirate beds and could have sent them many customers. However they are not honorable people and I will not allow them to steal any more money from honest, honorable customers. This is so unfortunate as they have a good product but their business lacks integrity.
