I was very skeptical on using another company to retrieve some of my annuity(RSL funding was a nightmare). I was at hard times and figured I give it a shot just to get informatiin because I didn't want all of the money just some to get on my feet. I spoke
with a very nice and caring gentlemen by the name of Norman Gonzalez, he made me feel very comfortable. He figured out what was best for me and still vised me to call back if I wanted to pursue (I knew by then I wanted to but had to think on it, didn't wants
to move to fast). Even still he was not phony nor did he have disinterest because of that. I called back and from then on felt comfortable enough to talk to him as if I knew him for years.I don't think I would've went thru it if it wasn't for him honestly.Thank
you so much Novation you guys are great...fast and honest, even before received my annuity I received adn advance...can't thank you enough
