In May, 2007 I purchased a used Toyota truck from this dealer. Six months latter the police confiscated the truck because it was a stolen vehicle. On the same day I informed the dealer of this situation.
The Vice Presedent of Norco Mazda stated that he has forwarded this information on to their insurance company and that ‘they are working on it,’ however, a recent call to their insurance company showed that no claim has been opened; completely contradicting his statements.
Recent attempts to contact the VP directly have resulted in no response.
It has been more that four months now and I have not been able to resolve this problem with the dealership. I am in the process of filing a claim against the dealership's bond. Failing that, I will be forced to take legal action to extract a remedy to a situation they are completely responsible for.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
