I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH NORCENT AND STILL HAVING ISUES WITH A DIGITAL CAMERA FROM NORCENT MY CAMERA IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, I'VE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND GOT NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE IT HAS BEEN OVER THREE WEEKS AND 1.5WEEKS AGO I MAILED THE CAMERA TO NORCENT AND WITH A VERY CONCERNED LETTER IN REFFERENCE TO THEIR COMPANY BUSINESS AND POLICY BECAUSE MY CAMERA IS STILL UNDER WARRENTEE. I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD A THING AND MY CAMERA IS IN THEIR HANDS IT SHOWED THAT THEY'VE RECEIVED IT NOW WHAT?. THEIR THE WORST I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH.
