I appreciate the help The Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates did on saving my house for me. I heard they can help me on the radio and I called. I then visited their Costa Mesa location met with Juan Chavez. We submitted a loan modification and lender refused to review it and was in violation to my homeowner bill of rights so they referred me over to the Consumer Defense Law Group and to take my lender to court we were able to settle for a fair restructured loan. Now I am saving 200$ per month on payment. Cynthia at CDLG was very helpful throughout the process.
