Went to the nonprofit alliance of consumer advocates to help me with my mortgage. Victor was very professional and listened to my needs. I wanted cash to finish some work on my house. They referred me to first faith bancorp. They came up with a good reverse mortgage proposal. I was able to get the cash I needed and still not have any mortgage payments. Very helpful people. I recommend them highly.
