It was a negative experience from the time of purchase, Jennifer, the sales rep was rude. I should have followed my instincts to not buy from them. The scooter broke down in a month's time. In addition it had been leaking gas putting my life in danger. When I went back for a full refund, they were uncooperative, refused to take it back. I endend up leaving the scooter with them and walking out without any paper work. They have lied to my credit card company saying that the item is still in my possession and that they offered to help. Every time I have tried to contact a person in charge I get the run around and no one returns my calls. My neighbor who went thru the same experience had to pay a 30% restocking fee. They have horrible customer service and now they expect me to pay $1,200 for a piece of junk that I no longer own.
