I had a toilet that seemed like it wasn't flushing properly. I was concerned that the mainline to the sewer was blocked. I contacted several plumbing companies to arrange inspection and get estimates. I was surprised at the different diagnoses of the problem. The first plumber crawled under the house and said that the ground was wet where the pipes were located and suggested I needed to re-pipe my whole system to fix the problem and to avoid mold. This solution was very expensive and I wanted to get another estimate/opinion. The next company, without inspection, said they'd have to clean out all the system, hoping it would solve the problem. This seemed costly and the solution was somewhat uncertain. After being told I needed to re-pipe and clean out my system, I called New-Pipe Plumbing & Rooter. Ashot came out and checked all my drains and my toilet first (the only one who did). He thought it was a low-flow flushing toilet (water conservation). To confirm that this was the case and not the plumbing, he decided to do a video camera line inspection and found no blockage. He then inspected under the house and found no leaks. He concluded that there wasn't a problem with the mainline, plumbing or toilet. However, having no access to the mainline via the "Clean Out" (inadvertently blocked several years ago during a remodel), he suggested that we relocate the "Clean Out" to an accessible area in event we needed to clean the house lines and/or the mainline. I decided to follow his advice. He had thoroughly checked everything and found we had none of the previously diagnosed plumbing issues. I had him install a dual clean out should we need it in the future. Ashot saved me from having to spend a fortune on plumbing I didn't need on a nightmare painted by the first plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend New Pipe Plumbing & Rooter. Ashot is very thorough, honest and professional.
