Review 7/6/2011

New Century Solutions, is a company that has Incompetent personnel. I did a loan modification in March, 2011 and paid there up front fee. I previously had a problem with my original Loan Modification between Countrywide and Bank of America. Bank of American never honored this loan modification that I received. So I went with New Century Solutions to process a new loan modification. My home had an Auction date of June 13, 2011. The prior week I had been in contact with Lina Mejia and she advised me that she was on top of everything and that she would put a Postponement on the sale of the home prior to the auction date. I must have called every single day to let her know if she had done this. She claims that it had not gone thru the system. Come Monday morning, June 13th, I received a call from a person named Myra of New Century Solutions at about 10:10 a.m., she advised me to go to a Court and declare Emergency Bankruptcy. All I needed was my Driver License to present. The auction started at 10:30 a.m., which means I only had 20 minutes to find a Bankruptcy court to postpone the sale of my home. At about 11:00 a.m. I received a call from Myra, telling me if I had already done this. I told her no, I had to go to 2 courts and neither one had a bankruptcy court. She proceeded to tell me that by now, I had to be filling out paperwork for eviction. I told her that I did not pay the company to sell my home, but to do a Loan Modification. By 4:30 p.m., Myra called me and told me (very calm) that my home was SOLD.
I don't know what kind of Company this is or what training this people have. I have recording of messages that Lina left on our answering machine and it sounds like someone is telling her what to so. I hope that someone reads this and please think twice when using this Company because either they do not know what they are doing or they do know and Sell your home right under your nose. Please, please do your homework. This company has an "F" for their rating. I think there are out to take your money and not do anything for what they are advertising.
