I am very pleased with New American Funding for their effort to help lower the interest rate on my loan through refinance. They also have the best interest in their customers. I have set up the loan and refinanced twice with them and am very satisfied. My agent is Cheri Lawin and she often actively contacts me and updates me the process. All the people involved in the process handle their work very professionally. They are a team of good communication and customer service. Great job!
