Following is the transcript of an email I sent to this company. I think it says it all.
You do not know me personally but there is a chance you may have worked on a home equity loan I got recently through your company. My agent on the deal was Edward Jacuinde, the subject of my email to you. I was told you are his superiors – should this be in error please forward this email to the appropriate party (ies).
My loan came through during a very difficult period, when most mortgage companies were either leaving the market altogether or at least cutting new loans to a minimum. My own loan went through just to be retracted a couple of times before it was finalized with a 3rd institution. Not only did I get the loan, but on better terms then the previous two failed attempts. In my opinion, this was all due to Edward’s efforts in getting the deal done. For a period of about 1½ month I received almost daily emails and/or calls from Edward with updates, both on progress and set backs, all the way until the deal was closed and funded. In my view you are blessed to have him in your ranks.
Please extend my congratulations to all your team members and especially to Edward Jacuinde for a superbly well done job.
