My experience with a recent refinance of my primary and second mortgage was positive from start to finish. Scott Leong was great at getting the process started and explaining terms and details to me and Traci Michael was wonderful to work with. I appreciate how truly simple the process was to complete online (submitting documents and electronic signatures) and the in-person meeting with the notary to sign documents was also no-hassle.
I would highly recommend Mr. Cooper to all my family and friends who are interested in refinancing their home.
