Karen Choi was on the ball when it came to communication! I almost gave up the process as we had a couple of setbacks early on, but after being reassigned to her, she made sure to keep in constant contact and was ultimately the reason we ended up staying with them. 5 stars to the people who were involved in our refinance and to Mr. Cooper.
