I called Us Direct for a quote and I was really impressed with their customer service compared to the other companies I have talked to. I spoke with Jon Turner and I really appreciate how much time he spent with me over the phone, he walked me through everything, showed me ratings, limits of liability and broke down each component of the coverage he didnt just say engine, transmission, cooling system ect... I had no idea what I was doing I didnt even know about limits of liability I just thought everything was covered, honestly I was just shopping for the best price. If your going to buy a warranty take some time to call Us Direct and let them explain your options Im glad I did.
