harassment calls

Service Call (940-304-0003 and 910-415-0230 ) has called our home 61 times in February and 12 times in March to renew a service warranty on a truck we no longer own. We have reported the number to the "DO NOT CALL" federal number but they couldn't get them to stop. For 6 weeks these people have said they would take it off the list. We are still getting calls (up to 6 or more a day ). The name they give is Jim. Can you please see if you can stop these harassing calls.
