We had similar experiences with this deceptive and fraudulent company as well. Our employees were contacted on more than one occasion and told they would be sent a "free sample" of toner. When the employees directed the caller to the purchasing department, National Imaging simply generated invoices using the name of the person who answered the phone. More than a year later we received invoices charging exorbitant fees for the "free samples" and finance charges! They began high-pressure collection efforts. They have called and harassed employees in several departments. They continued to harass employees, including the legal department, even after a formal complaint had been filed. This company is highly unethical and highly unprofessional.
Consumers beware. Research your rights. We will continue to report these types of fraudulent, deceptive activities to the BBB and to the State of California Department of Justice and FTC.
