The same thing happened to me. I even asked repeatedly if this was a free toner cartridge, and was told yes, it was. I also told them we were already under contract with another toner company. The representative told me that didn't matter, because they only wanted to get my opinion of a new toner cartridge that HP was coming out with. Later I started getting harrassed by them about paying a $250 invoice, and our accounts receivable was also harrassed by them.
