BEWARE! The rating on this "company" is exactly what it should be. I also would strongly advise NOT to conduct any business with this company.

I received a call from a sales person from this company who told me he would send me a free toner cartridge
so I could see how much longer their toner lasts compared to my current supplier. I said fine,
send me a free toner. So he did. But, what he didn't say on the phone was it was a trial period
and after 30 days they charged me for a toner. The cartridge was not opened right
away beacuse we believed it to be a free sample. It was awhile before we even put the toner in the machine.
When National Imaging began requesting payment, I called and was told that we only had 30 days from the
time it was sent to return the product and the 30 days had
already lapsed. I explained that I was told this was to be a free toner. He assured me that we
could wait until after we used the cartridge to pay the bill. He claimed in the box there is a note
they put inside that says I have 30 days and after that they will charge me. (I found no note) I went ahead and paid for that
toner, just to be done with it. About a month or so after that, a box was delivered to my office, which got
opened by another employee, containing FIVE more cartridges. I called and they stated that when I paid for
the one toner it was part of a case of 6 and that is the only way they sell them. I received an invoice now
for the addtional cartridges. I called again saying that I did NOT order these, I was busy so it was probably
a few days before I called. They agreed to let me return them for credit. I thought I was going to get
an RMA or something from them to return them. So I waited. Well now it it past 30 days again, I called and was told that now I cannot return them for a full refund. Anyway, it's been a nightmare. I should have gotten them returned right away without
an RMA, so I guess, we will pay and use the toner. Very, very, misleading sales ploy and a BIG lack of explaining the truth up front on the phone. Sneaky tactics... etc... JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL. STAY AWAY. Shold have a big ZERO for rating.. no STARS
