We were supposed to be sent a free sample of a printer cartridge. The cartridge was not opened right away beacuse we believed it to be a free sample. When National Imaging began requesting payment, we were told that we only had 30 days from the time it was sent to return the product and the 30 days had already lapsed. We contacted them several times offering to pay to return the product if they would credit us the 198.99 they were charging for the cartridge, but they refused. Only after I threatened to get the BBB involved did they agree to let us return the product for a full refund.
