This company works over the phone and will take orders from anyone that answers. Then will ship verbal orders without approval. When trying to return unathorized orders they are very difficult. They continue to ship to you after cancelling any and all orders. My company uses a PO system like alot of larger companies. After all of the returns and credits they are now billing me for a rebate fee? They claim they sent me a gift card and it was not returned for 25.00 so they are billing for it unless I can return it. I have no idea if there was one in the box or not? They won't even write it off? I can't pay for something I can't confirm we received. They are continuing to send me bills for 25.00 and faxing and calling for this money. How can a company send out product with gift cards and then bill for them, which all was unathorized to begin with? We will never do business with this company again. Bad new and bad customer service and bad business eithics.
