Worst administration with payoff

I did refinance my loan with this worst company and they didn’t even payoff my other lender on time . After a month when I did inquiry they didn’t even care to respond me and I had an mortgage application in process and whole application screwed because of them - demanded and file law suit for $3790 for the damage which I paid for appraisal and inspection and earnest deposit in mortgage application - they should pay for this and all happened because of their administrative problem . Fellas don’t fall in their sales call - they are worst in service and their management
