I had the best experience ever refinancing my loans with Rocky Rhoads. He was nice and courteous but most of all he was very knowledgeable about his job. He talked me through everything on the paperwork and stayed in contact with me during the process until the loan was funded. Not to mention that he saved me over $300/month.
