I am having the same issue with Allied Loan Servicing. The company took $1,400 from my account and now everyone has disappeared with no responses to phone calls or emails. They are a fraud and I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General. If you are interested in filing a joint complaint please let me know as many voices are more powerful than one. For anyone considering using Allied Loan Servicing please do not have anything to do with this company. The Bank informed me that all the company does is forward the paperwork that you fill out. You do not need them! Deal with your bank directly. Allied made it seems as though they were negotiating with many banks on my behalf but that was a lie. They simply forwarded my paperwork to my Bank, that's it! That is a scam for $1,400. Don't fall for the same trap!!
