I signed up with NMRC to pursue a loan modification with my mortgage company. NMRC collects the money and then brings in Allied Loan Servicing (ALS) to process and negotiate the application. I had problems from the outset with servicing by ALS and now find some of the phone numbers no longer in service and other numbers going unanswered and no response for a return call from the two still working numbers. I've filed complaints with the BBB on both companies. Is there anything else I can do?
