Calling for HOA escrow disclosure pkg

I must admit, this is a horrible HOA management company to work with. I called all morning during business hours 10-11:45 and was unable to get through to an operator. The greeting said I can email my request to an email, however, the email is invalid.... It bounced back several times even after I tried guessing another similar email name. They get paid for making photo copies of these documents and they should have a better response to their customers, at least have the right email on the greeting...If you are looking to get this company to manage your HOA, do you owners a favor "DON'T", if you need a job badly, perhaps consider working for them, if the working environment is BAD at least know that you are doing something about this for this company, IT'S THE WORSE HOA MANAGEMENT AMONG ITS PEERS!
