I purchased a new Geneva watch for my granddaughter for Xmas. It is white, rubber has sequins around the face. She loved it. Immediately we noticed the white piece that holds the strap down (shape of circle) was missing. I have gone to many jewerly stores and can not get this piece in white. A couple had it in black and brown. I purchased this in a store that had a sign NO RETURNS, even though, it was NOT on sale, and I had the receipt. It was a small store. My 15 year old was very disappointed. The watch cost $20 plus tax.
