My dad was moving some furniture from Chicago to Florida. They agreed to let him pay for the whole thing with a personal check when pick-up occurred. Dad (88 years old) had to drive to a K-Mart because they couldn't find his house. Then they decided he had to pay cash and they would give him his check back. I tried to explain that wasn't the agreement and that Dad didn't have that kind of cash with him and doesn't have a bank in Florida. He's only there a couple months in winter and I live in NY. It was cash or no furniture. I had to take money from my account and put it directly in theirs. Then the truck broke down and they didn't come until the next day. My Dad waited all day for them. They did not call him. It was a horrible experience and I will never use them again.
