I spoke with Jim who was very nice. I told him I was moving a one bedroom cross country from California to Ohio. I told him down to each box what I was moving and the quantity of everything. He told me a quote and I agreed to the quote. He did not want to come out to my house since I was moving a one bedroom. He told me he would waive the stair fee and wrapping materials for my t.v's. He also told me that on the day of me moving the guys moving my items would come to my house and pick me up and I would go with them to the weight station to weight the truck empty. When the movers got to my house they had already weighted the truck and I told them I was supposed to go with them one of the movers got smart with me and told me there was not enough time as if I was not a paying customer. He then told me that I was being charged for the stairs and the wrapping materials. I called Jim and Jim wanted me to pay 50.00 for the stairs and said he could not do anything about the wrapping materials. So I had to pay an additional $148.43 for the wrapping materials and 50.00 for the stairs after being told I would not have to pay that. After everything was loaded I followed the guys to the weight station and the quote Jim gave me was completely off. He quoted me 1084.96. After everything was weighted it was an additional $900.00. I had already told Jim in the beginning that I did not have extra cash to spare. I spoke with Ziggi who would not work with me on the price. So I had to go to other sources to pay the additional amount. I was given an exact date when my items would arrive in Columbus, Ohio and the men who delivered my items called and gave me another date. I told them I was not able to be at my house at that day and time since I was told another day. The mover was very rude and said he would put my things in storage and hung up the phone. I had to make other arrangements for me to be home at the time they would be there. They arrived two days late and did not care about my time and what I had to do. There were two men and only one man was moving my items while the other one stayed in the truck. I had to pay them before I could see all of my items, and come to find out one of my t.v's and t.v stand was not on the truck. I called Ziggi who said I would be compensated and that my items would be delivered to me the next week. That was September 8, 2010 and as of today 2/16/2011 I still do not have my items. I have spoken with Rosie several times and she keeps lying to me and dodging me. They will not compensate me for their wrong doing and I still have to continue to wait to receive my items. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I HOPE THEY DO NOT SUCCEED IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE THEIR COMPANY SUCKS ALONG WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. THERE HAS TO BE BETTER MOVING COMPANIES OUT THERE.
