WOW. All I can say is listen to Christopher and Danesha. Move On Van Lines is nothing but a nightmare. The scheduling and logistics were terrible. Jim is a liar. We were repeatedly assured that there was only one truck with no offloading. The truck shows up and we are told that our things were to be transfered to another truck. We are missing more than 5 boxes so far. Missing boxes? A real professional moving company should not be missing that many boxes. If there was only one truck with one offload this would be less likely to happen. Then we were reassured that all of the movers were in house. The driver was subcontractor and then beyond that he then subcontracted a helper. The helper was clueless and I personally saw him drop several boxes. It was sloppy. What a joke. Before we left our old place some of our boxes were left out in the rain. What!?! And then the movers acted like there was no problem with the boxes getting wet. If you value peace of mind and your valuables then USE SOMEONE ELSE. Also look closely at the way the 5 star reviews are written. Real customers- or a sales pitch? You be the judge...
