I was planning a huge out of state move, I am a single Mom. As you can imagine that puts me in a vulnerable position. I called a few companies of which were Major carriers. MoveOn offered the best price, beating out the others. I conducted several on line searches for their company. I even asked them about the BBB rating they received. They did explain what had happened. I was very skeptical about the moving process after all the horror stories I heard.
They came and gave an in home estimate (which I highly recommend) and gave me a quote based on the items I was taking. Make sure you get a quote and have the rep. sign the quote, not to exceed the amount quoted. I dealt mostly with Jim, and I have to say, you can honor his word.
Once the movers arrived at my house I immediately felt at ease. They explained the process in detail and varified the items I was moving. Just make sure you are confident in the items you are taking. This is where a lot of people don't do their diligence. You must be exact when they come out for the quote in order to receive the right price. Otherwise, you will wind up with a large bill on the other side.
Once on the road with my life's worth in their hands, both Dispatch and the driver kept in excellent contact with me and arrived exactly when they said they would.
I feel confident referring this company to anyone.
