I purchased a carport from Mountain Tops about 2 months ago. My first impression was that on several occasions the sales staff was quick to come out to My wife and I. We never had to wait for service. They were always available to answer and questions we had. Once we made our purchase they were quick to be very detailed in what we could expect from our purchase. After receiving the carport we had some concerns with leaking in our roof. We immediately called the factory, and did not get through to anyone. So we called and spoke to the staff at Mountain Tops. Immediately they took our information and called the factory. We had a crew out withing the week to fix the problem.
We were completely impressed with the professionalism and politeness we were extended during out time with them. Will absolutely be back.
