Hello,
I fell behind on my mortgage due to lack of employment. I went ahead and began the process of a "Loan Modification" with Chase, and of course I was denied. I then decided to call a litigation firm, and that was a joke.
One day I heard Harvey on the radio, and I said to myself "what do I have to lose?", so I gave them a call, and Susan Garte answered the call. She explained the process, ran some numbers, told me what I could expect, and I decided to sign up with them.
I began the process, and five months later I was granted a modification. The people at M.R.S. have developed an effective, and efficient system that truly works. Just as important, I was treated with respect, I was always able to speak to my negotiator, and my questions were always answered.
I truly believe that if you are diligent with the documentation they request, and your numbers make sense, they will be able to help you.
I was very skeptical, but thanks to M.R.S. I am able to sit here at home, and write this review.
