Do not use this company for repairs. We have a price in writing and they are wanting three times the amount to repair a Breitling watch. It also took 9 months to get it back to us. Constant delays. Personnel turnover. Manager refuses to speak to us on the phone.
Very poor customer service when something goes wrong....they don't mind losing a customer who spent $15,000 over $200.
Plenty of other jewlers....don't use Morgans. Especially the one in Palos Verdes. Very poorly managed - bad example set from the top, what can one expect from the other staff.
